UHS entry test requirements
- Domicile Certificate with recent photograph.
- Computerized National Identity Card or Computerized B-Form issued by NADRA.
- Certificates of all the examinations passed on the basis of which admission is sought (such as Secondary School Certificate, Higher Secondary School Certificate or Equivalent).
- Detailed Marks Certificates of SSC and HSSC (Pre-Medical Group).
- Eight (08) recent passport size coloured photographs.
- Applicant having equivalent foreign qualifications (O and A-Level, 12th Grade, etc.) must obtain Equivalence Certificate from IBCC.
- Those claiming to be Muslim Hafiz-e-Quran, shall have to produce a Certificate in this regard from a registered Madrassa.
- SPECIAL NOTE
Those of you willing to apply against disable seats must speed up to have medical certificate that is necessary while submitting your documents. This certificate is issued by the doctors at your district hospital it is usually a time consuming process , so if you are willing to apply against these seats you must start this work right now

I have cleared UHS entry test now i am doing MBBS
some best advices for student appearing this year for UHS entry test 2011
1-Just focus on text books only and only nothing comes out of course
2-Same wording of text book is used
3-Do not worry if u seek the tests conducted by the KIPS or Star academy are difficult
4-Every student would be worried about the English that really means because In UHS entry test English is most difficult subject , it is the main subject that makes a difference in your gross percentage
4-read text books more and more but focus on the Aptitude test in your academies KIPS or STAR whatever you have joined
5-Get your self prepared for the grand or crash tests and then Entry test 2011 do not think much about the chapter tests etc
6-Focus on English and aptitude while your academy session because you really need them all the rest subject require self preparation remember it
7- I usualy say " Physics and chemistry are learned by practice i-e writing values and formulae etc" while biology and English are learned by studies "
8-Once again suggesting you to focus on your Text books for Entry test
9- Do not be shy to disscuss subjects and questions with friends because it is time to avail friendship you will notice that it is best time to help each other while making your way to success
